BUFFALO -- Elias Pettersson could very well leave this town with a gold medal draped around his neck, pending the outcome of Friday night's World Junior Championship finale against Canada. Even if he ends up wearing silver instead of gold, Pettersson had a memorable six-month run between his breakout in the Swedish Hockey League and his stellar play at the WJC. Heading into the gold medal game, Pettersson has five goals -- three on the power play -- and seven points in six games.
