Evan Turner buys Arena District condo

Former Ohio State University basketball standout Evan Turner has bought a condominium on the top floor of one of the Parks Edge buildings in the Arena District. Turner, who is playing in his 10th season in the National Basketball Association, paid $1.14 million for the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath 2,500-square-foot condo on the 12th floor. Turner bought the home from the condominium's developer, Nationwide Realty Investors. A Chicago native, Turner played for Ohio State for three seasons culminating in being named National Player of the Year in 2010. Turner, 31, was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers, and played four seasons for the team before being traded to Indiana. After two years in Boston
