LSU offers 4-star Texas linebacker

LSU is in early on a talented linebacker from Dallas. Jayden Shelton’s recruiting is just starting to heat up so Brian Kelly tossed the Tigers’ name into his hat.

“JJ” Shelton is a 6-foot-1, 200-pound, four-star linebacker from Dallas, where he plays for South Oak Cliff High School. The South Oak Cliff Bears finished the 2022 season 13-3 and were state champions of the UIL 5A D2 playoffs.

There are no Crystal Ball projections yet for Shelton, and there is no clear favorite per On3.
