5-star LSU recruit boldly predicts Tigers will dominate Alabama for the next four years
If he wasn’t motivated enough already, LSU’s loss on Saturday seems to have done it for Kardell Thomas.
Thomas — a future LSU offensive lineman and the No. 11 player in the country in the 2019 class — called his shot on Twitter on Saturday night following No. 1 Alabama’s dominant 29-0 win over No. 3 LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Mark My Words
WE WILL BEAT BAMA ALL MY YEARS HERE REMEMBER THIS TWEET I DONT CARE WHAT ANYONE HAS TO SAY IT'S A BOLD STATEMENT AND I WILL BE READY TO BACK IT UP.
GOOD GAME ALABAMA BUT ENJOY THIS LAST WIN AGAINST US 💜💛🐯 #ForeverLSU— Kardell thomas (@kardellt62) November 4, 2018
At least Thomas is admitting that it’s a bold statement — because it absolutely is.
Beating a division rival four times in a row is a tough-enough task. There aren’t many programs in the country who have accomplished that feat.
Doing it four straight times against Alabama, the best program in all of college football, is even tougher — considering that two of those games will take place at Bryant-Denny stadium, one of the toughest places to play in the country.
Hey, shooters shoot.
