Ad0nis Boone committed to USF on July 30th over Mississippi State, Louisville, Missouri, and Indiana. Since he committed, the 6-foot-5, 275-pound Mainland guard has been quiet, until now. Rumblings out of Daytona Beach suggested a move may be in the works for the athletic 3-star lineman and those rumblings were given some weight this morning.
When asked if rumors he was toward Louisville were true, Boone affirmed.
"I like the coaches there and I love the school spirit everyone has for them. The stadium is always packed," said Boone.
"I'm real cool with (running backs) coach Kolby Smith and (offensive line) coach Mike Summers. For my skill set, I feel I fit right in that offense. Me and my boy Javian Hawkins can make an impact there," Boone expressed.
When asked if leaving Florida was a big deal he shrugged off the notion of playing far from home.
"New state bigger opportunity," replied Boone.
This is a fluid situation that seems to be moving fast, be on the look out for developments today and later this week.
