In The Loop: WNBA poll workers, Caps pup's election sticker originally appeared on NBC Sports Washington

Here are some of the best moments going on in the sports world right now.

First up, LA Sparks stars and sisters Chiney and Nneka Ogwumike volunteered to work at the voting polls in Houston. We’ve seen many athletes on social media advocating for people to vote and I love seeing them actively participating to help.

Next up, sticking with election day, Washington Capitals defenseman Nick Jensen voted, and so did his dog? Just kidding, the dogs didn’t vote, but it’s cute seeing the “I voted” sticker on the dog. You can’t help but smile!

Finally, Isaiah Ford was traded from the Miami Dolphins to the New England Patriots and he took to social media to thank his former organization. Often you see shade being thrown on Twitter, but this was a classy goodbye.

That’s some of the latest news going on in the sports world right now.
