Look: The first glimpse of Tua Tagovailoa and Tyreek Hill

It will be a new era of Miami Dolphins football in 2022. Former Alabama Crimson Tide quarterback Tua Tagovailoa got an early Christmas present when the team traded for Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill.

The former Heisman Trophy winner and a national champion will have plenty of options on offense. The team also has former Alabama WR Jaylen Waddle in the wide receiver room as well. This will give the offense plenty of speed on the backend and perhaps Tua can blow the top off some of the NFL defenses with that much speed running down the field.

The Dolphins brass also signed former Dallas Cowboys WR Cedrick Wilson, who shined as WR3 for that team. A lot of positives for the Miami offense as Tagovailoa heads into year three of his NFL career. Here is a glimpse of Tua and his new weapon.

Last season Hill finished the season with 1,239 receiving yards and nine touchdowns. He has failed to reach 1,000 yards once in the past four seasons with Kansas City.

Tagovailoa threw for 2,653 yards and 16 touchdowns for Miami last season in 13 games. With Wilson, Hill, and Waddle, we should see those numbers climb on South Beach in 2022 as the Dolphins look to best their 2021 season. Miami finished 9-8 and third in the AFC East.
