Former Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is gearing up for his second season in the NFL with the team that drafted him No. 5 overall, the Miami Dolphins.

Tagovailoa’s name has been in headlines and the subject of debates online for a variety of reasons, many of which don’t have anything to do with his improved play during the 2021 preseason.

Instead, Tagovailoa has been seeing his name all over social media in connection with a possible trade for Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson.

While it may be a legitimate possibility, or simply just talk, one fan is already ahead of the curve just in case the Crimson Tide legend gets dealt over to Houston.

A young fan at the Dolphins-Bengals preseason matchup today was spotted wearing a Dolphins hat, but a Texans jersey with Tagovailoa’s name on the back and his old college number.

Is this just a fan that knows something we all don’t, or is this some sort of wishful thinking?

Roll Tide Wire will continue to cover the rumors surrounding Tua Tagovailoa potentially being traded before the start of the 2021 NFL regular season.
