"We expect to win. Bottom line. I think we have the talent, enough experience with the guys coming back to do anything that we set out to do." - Senior guard Rob Johnson on the team's expectations for this season.

"I let them know I enjoy it. I've loved every minute and second that I've been here. It's everything that was advertised. Just going through the workouts and being on campus, it's everything that I thought it was." - Freshman forward Justin Smith on what he tells people back home in Illinois about Indiana.

"It was a great experience, playing all the top players from college basketball and then even a few coming in like Michael Porter. It was a great experience to be able to guard those guys. We played four or five games that weekend, and being able to go against the best gave me a measurement of where I'm at. One thing I did thing well there was shoot. Everytime we went down my coach was telling me to shoot it - that was kind of fun." - Junior forward Juwan Morgan on his offseason experience at adidas Nations.

"A lot of times last year we turned the ball over more than the other team...this year he wants us to turn the other team over more than us turning it over, and I think that will create some easy opportunities on offense." - Junior guard Josh Newkirk on what Archie Miller has emphasized about ball control.
