Livestock report from the Oklahoma City Stockyards:

Receipts: 766; Last week: 906; Last year: 598

Monday's Actual Receipts: 12,274

Compared to last week: Slaughter cows and bulls $2-$4 higher. Demand moderate to good. A total of 518 cows and bulls sold with 51 percent going to packers. Supply included: 32% Feeder Cattle (100% Steers); 35% Slaughter Cattle (89% Cows, 11% Bulls); 33% Replacement Cattle (100% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 0%.

Slaughter Cows 1,000-1,625 lbs. Average dressing Breakers $73.50-$80, Boners $69-$76, Lean cows $61-$62; High dressing Breakers not tested, Boners $77-$81, Lean cows not tested; Low dressing Breakers not tested; Boners $63-$66.75, Lean cows $51-$52; Very low Lean cows $30- $40. 700-960 lbs. Light weight cows Average dressing Boners $69-$75, Lean cows not tested; High dressing not tested; Low dressing Boners $67.50; Lean cows $52-$53, Very Low Lean cows $30-$45.50.

Replacement Cows: Pretested for pregnancy and age. Medium and Large No. 1: 2-4 year old 1,250 lb. cows in 3rd trimester $1,000/head; 5-8 year old 1,125-1,400 lb. cows in 1st and 2nd trimester $1,000-$1,035/head. Medium and Large Nos. 1-2: 5-8 year old 975-1,325 lb. cows in 1st and 2nd trimester $810-$960/head. Medium and Large No. 2: 5-8 year old 920-1,100 lb. cows in 1st and 2nd trimester $600-$775/head. 2-4 year old 950 lb. cows in 2nd trimester $600/head; 5-8 year old 950-1,325 lb. cows in 1st to 2nd trimesters $600-$780/head.
