Lisa Faulkner celebrated her six month wedding anniversary to John Torode in style as she slipped back into the gown she wore on the big day, only to do some cooking and cleaning in it.

The former EastEnders actor made the most of lockdown as she donned the elegant white dress to wipe down a table in the home she shares with the MasterChef judge.

Posting to Instagram, the 48-year-old shared: "Who says I can’t clean in my wedding dress. Making burgers later for our cook. Happy Friday to you all and thank you for the kindest words yesterday you really cheered me up."

Torode, 54, joined in too as he put on his suit for the pair's cooking video which saw them rustle up some burgers.

The couple shared a video of themselves making the meal all while dressed up with nowhere to go.

"Because we're in lockdown we decided we'd wear our wedding clothes all day," Torode explained.

They aren’t the only stars to be sporting some unusual get up in the comfort of their own homes, as Amanda Holden put on her wedding dress to mow the grass.

Meanwhile, Torode, 54, was married once before to ex Jessica, the mother of two of his children.

He also has another two children from a previous relationship.
