Culpepper’s commitment to the Nittany Lions wraps up a whirlwind recruitment for the prospect, having been on Penn State’s campus this week on Wednesday and Thursday. The visit was his second to Penn State since June, making the Nittany Lions a serious player in his recruitment.
According to BWI’s Ryan Snyder, Culpepper came away from the trip impressed by the visit.
"It was awesome," he said in a text message. "The coaches are the best and their defensive scheme is awesome. I had a great time. They're great people up there."
BWI will have more from Culpepper's commitment later.
