Leonard Fournette gets knocked out of Week 1 game with hamstring injury

Bad news for the Jacksonville Jaguars: running back Leonard Fournette left the game against the New York Giants midway through the second quarter with a hamstring injury, and he didn’t return.

Fournette got off the field under his own power, but shortly afterward walked back to the locker room with his helmet off. Fournette left the field with 41 yards on nine carries with a long of 12 yards, and no touchdowns. In the second half, the Jaguars ruled him out with the hamstring injury.
