Welcome to the NBA offseason, where no Instagram comment goes unnoticed.
Marcus Morris' 2018-19 season is over after the Milwaukee Bucks bounced the Boston Celtics in the second round of the playoffs. Morris will become an unrestricted free agent this summer, and based on his Instagram post Thursday night, he likes his chances of landing a solid contract, whether in Boston or elsewhere.

And wouldn't you know who chimed in to show Morris some love: Los Angeles Lakers forward and puller of NBA strings LeBron James.
There's nothing wrong with one player congratulating another on a strong season, and Morris did shoot a career-high 44.7 percent from the floor in 2018-19 while averaging 13.9 points and 6.1 rebounds per game.
But considering Morris can sign with any team he wants this summer and he and James share the same agent (Rich Paul of Klutch Sports), LeBron's comment is worthy of at least a single eyebrow raise.
James wasn't the only NBA player to applaud Morris, as Celtics teammate Jayson Tatum ("My dawg!!"), Philadelphia 76ers guard Jimmy Butler (two fist emojis), Denver Nuggets point guard Isaiah Thomas ("Yessir cuz") and his twin brother Markieff Morris ("Big Benji..") also shouted him out in the comments.
Which of those players is recruiting Morris and which are just sending good vibes? We'll let you be the judge.
