Lance Stephenson was perhaps a bit too fired up for the Indiana Pacers’ playoff game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Stephenson’s intensity worked to his advantage when he attacked the basket in the first quarter and threw down a big dunk. But Stephenson then kept attacking the basket after the dunk. In his fire after slamming the ball home Stephenson then leveled a headbutt on the stanchion behind the goal.

You can bet Stephenson was well aware that Lebron James was following him as he entered the lane. Can you believe it’s been four years since he blew in James’ ear during the playoffs?

Stephenson’s dunk was part of a huge first quarter for the Pacers, who jumped out to a 33-14 lead after the first period.
