Kobe Bryant claims Elena Delle Donne, other WNBA stars could play in NBA

When Kobe Bryant talks people tend to listen whether they love him or hate him. 

And when a basketball player of his caliber claims that a number of players from the WNBA could play right now in the NBA, it elicits quite the reaction. 

In an interview with CNN, Bryant explained how he feels stars like Elena Delle Donne, Diana Taurasi and Maya Moore could all keep up with current NBA players.

"I think there are a couple of players who could play in the NBA right now, honestly," Bryant said. "Diana Taurasi, Maya Moore, Elena Delle Donne. There's a lot of great players out there, so they could certainly keep up with them."

Delle Donne is coming off a monster season with the Mystics. She secured her second MVP award in 2019 and won her first championship with Washington after beating the Connecticut Sun in five games.
