Whitney Shanahan is a mom and activist who founded Pr❤️Choice With Heart, a grassroots group that helps organize local pro-abortion-rights rallies. Shanahan first began advocating for the cause when she was questioned about whether she was responsible for causing her own potential miscarriage during an emergency room visit. After that traumatic experience, Shanahan did some research and realized she was not alone. She and her organization now hold volunteer training for free and have helped organize hundreds of protests all over the country and even some outside the U.S. Shanahan hopes to inspire young people to take an active role in advocating for their reproductive freedom.
