Wilson
Coach: Kim Underwood, 14th season, 223-71-2.
Last season: 9-0-1 Berks I, 24-3-1; Berks champ, District 3 Class 3A runner-up, PIAA Class 3A runner-up.
PIAA classification: 3A.
Players to watch: All-division Caroline Horace, Audrey Miller, Catherine Wolf, Macy Adams.
Outlook: Lost 17 seniors from last season's team, but coach Kim Underwood is "excited" to see the Bulldogs rise to the challenge of facing a tough schedule. Still the division favorite.
Gov. Mifflin
Coach: Betsy Forrer, fourth season, 17-30-1.
Last season: 4-6 Berks I, 9-10; District 3 Class 3A qualifier.
PIAA classification: 3A.
Players to watch: All-Berks Sofia Mollura, all-division MaKenna Baessler, Madelyn Ross, Emma Tobias.
Outlook: With a mix of key returnees and younger players moving in, the Mustangs are looking to be competitive.
Exeter
Coach: Madison Freese, second season.
Last season: 4-6 Berks I, 6-12.
PIAA classification: 3A.
Players to watch: All-division Lexi Motta, Lydia Smith, Karli Grove.
Outlook: Lost nine seniors from last season and are continuing to build under a second-year coach.
Reading High
Coach: Caitlyn Rockel, first season.
Last season: 0-10 Berks I, 6-12.
PIAA classification: 3A.
Players to watch: Krista Williams, Talis Hernandez.
Outlook: Have a group of seniors who have been playing together since middle school, which provides reason for optimism. Red Knights are looking for their first league victory since 2014.
Berks II
Oley Valley
Coach: Tiffany Cappellano, 14th season. 268-50-6.
Last season: 9-0-1 Berks II, 23-4-1; Berks runner-up, District 3 Class 1A runner-up, PIAA Class 1A semifinalist.
PIAA classification: 1A.
Players to watch: All-Berks Morgan Snyder, All-Berks Taylor Vaccaro, all-division Molly Rothenberger, all-division Mia Woodard, Lauren Habakus, Olivia Scatamachia, Ava Walters.
Outlook: The goals remain the same for the Lynx, who are looking to compete for titles at the division, county, District 3 and state levels.
Twin Valley
Coach: Kim Walsh, ninth season, 154-53.
Last season: 7-3 Berks II, 15-11; District 3 Class 2A fourth place, PIAA Class 2A quarterfinalist.
PIAA classification: 2A.
Players to watch: All-Berks Maddie Stevens, all-division Adriana Hall, all-division Hadley Munn, Bella Massafra.
Outlook: The presence of Maddie Stevens in goal should keep the Raiders in almost every game, and the team should contend for county and district playoff berths.
Daniel Boone
Coach: Autumn Gilmore, fifth season, 37-31-2.
Last season: 5-5 Berks II, 9-8.
PIAA classification: 2A.
Players to watch: All-Berks Marlee Fetrow, All-Berks Hannah Huddleson, all-division Laura Camburn, Breanne Marchiano, Liv Welker.
Outlook: Sustained a preseason loss when Hannah Huddleson suffered a season-ending injury. Still have talent and experience returning and shouldn't be overlooked.
Coach: Joyce Angstadt, 33rd season. 290-280-32.
Last season: 1-9 Berks II, 5-11-1.
PIAA classification: 1A.
Players to watch: Abby Hostetler, Jaden Fox, Emma Dietrich, Addyson Negron.
Outlook: Looking to have a .500 season.
Berks III
Berks Catholic
Coach: Vicki Schutt, 13th season, 158-87-3 (181-127-12, including four seasons at Exeter).
Last season: 11-0 Berks III, 19-6; District 3 Class 1A sixth place, PIAA Class 1A qualifier.
PIAA classification: 1A.
Players to watch: All-division Alyse Weber, Giana Mirenda, Parker Krajsa, Nancy Larkin, Lily Wolf, Rachel Forkin.
Outlook: Though the Saints lost six seniors, including All-State selection Aubreigh Uba, and this is a rebuilding year, they still should contend in the division.
Conrad Weiser
Coach: Brittney Hickernell, third season, 15-20-1.
Last season: 8-3 Berks III, 10-9.
PIAA classification: 2A.
Players to watch: All-division Bailey Weachter, Madison Derfler, Kristina Quinn, Natalie Biancone.
Outlook: The Scouts have a young team — nine freshmen — but also seven strong returnees and should be in contention to make the Berks playoffs for the second straight season.
Schuylkill Valley
Coach: Randy Lykens, third season, 17-15-3.
Last season: 7-4 Berks III, 8-7-2.
PIAA classification: 1A.
Players to watch: All-division Reese Weddle, Nicollette Hluchy, Sierra Merkel, Logan Muller, Laura Schlappich, Ruby Smaglinski, Keira Stork.
Outlook: Looking to reach the postseason for the first time since qualifying for districts in 2021.
Muhlenberg
Coach: Taryn Buono, second season.
Last season: 5-6 Berks III, 6-11.
PIAA classification: 2A.
Players to watch: Aubrey Wilinsky, Victoria Keiper, Stephanie Althouse.
Outlook: A young team looking to continue to learn the game.
Berks IV
Wyomissing
Coach: Kelly Ferrandino, 13th season, 76-123-6.
Last season: 8-4 Berks IV, 14-6; District 3 Class 1A qualifier.
PIAA classification: 1A.
Players to watch: All-division Savannah Richards, Ella Anders, Lola Gentile, Tierney Murrill, Lael Diehl.
Outlook: After exceeding expectations a year ago, the Spartans and coach Kelly Ferrandino are looking forward to continued growth. Should contend for a Berks playoff berth.
Hamburg
Coach: Kandice Pyles, sixth season, 33-53.
Last season: 5-7 Berks IV, 17-10.
PIAA classification: 1A.
Players to watch: All-division Kaeli Cox, all-division Kylah Reading, Ashleigh Guers, Kaylee Hoshauer, Molly Krick, Devon Frantz.
Outlook: Looking to continue to improve and could be in the hunt for a Berks playoff berth.
Tulpehocken
Coach: Coryn Rank, first season.
Last season: 2-9-1 Berks IV, 3-14-1.
PIAA classification: 1A.
Players to watch: Alexis Wertz, Jessica Maurer, Ember Sunday, Juliet Snyder.
Outlook: Hoping to surprise this season.
Brandywine Heights
Coach: Janelle Moser, sixth season, 22-57-1.

PIAA classification: 1A.
Players to watch: All-division Kamryn Henry, Cloey Renner. (No information reported).
Outlook: Middle of the pack in the division.
Kutztown
