'Everybody wants to actually talk about bull****' – Irving angry over Durant video rumours

Kyrie Irving was seen talking to Kevin Durant in the tunnel at the All-Star Game and he did not like the reactions that came from it.

Kyrie Irving insists his focus is solely on the current season and winning a championship with the Boston Celtics, after New York Knicks fans called for the guard's arrival at Madison Square Garden.

Irving sparked fevered speculation ahead of Friday's clash between the Knicks and the Celtics, when he acknowledged his future was up in the air.

"At the end of the day, I'm going to do what I feel is best for my career," said the 26-year-old, who was then asked if his plan to re-sign with Boston had changed and replied: "Ask me July 1."

The Knicks have opened up salary cap space for two max-contract free agents this week, with the trade of Kristaps Porzingis to the Dallas Mavericks.

Irving and Golden State Warriors star Kevin Durant have been linked with moves to New York, but the former played down the support he received from Knicks fans on Friday.

"At this point, it's nothing but a distraction, honestly," Irving told ESPN after contributing 23 points to a 113-99 victory for the Celtics.

"I appreciate the fans, I appreciate the support, but it's really about our team now and what we want to accomplish this season – and that's a championship, so my focus is stuck on that."
