Mitchell Robinson underwent successful surgery to repair his fractured right foot on Monday, the Knicks announced.

Robinson played just six minutes in Saturday’s game against the Bucks before exiting with the injury. The 22-year-old missed 15 games earlier this season with a broken hand, but is averaging 8.3 points and 8.1 rebounds in 31 games.

The Knicks have not provided a timetable for Robinson’s return, but it seems unlikely that the big man would return any time soon.

Nerlens Noel was inserted into the starting lineup for Monday’s game against the Heat, while Julius Randle and Reggie Bullock – both of whom missed Saturday’s game – were back in the Knicks’ starting five, as well.
