Knicks center Jericho Sims will be competing in the Slam Dunk Contest at NBA All-Star Weekend, bringing his insane vertical jump to the festivities.

Sims' 44.5 inch max vertical jump at the 2021 NBA Draft Combine tied for the third-highest jump in the history of the event.

Along with Sims, Trey Murphy of the New Orleans Pelicans, Shaedon Sharpe of the Portland Trail Blazers, and K.J. Martin of the Houston Rockets are among those who will be participating in the Slam Dunk Contest.

A Knicks player has taken home the title five times.

Kenny 'Sky' Walker won it in 1989.

Nate Robinson did it three times -- 2006, 2009, and 2010.

Obi Toppin won in 2022.
