Last week, Kings Guard Gaming rookie guard Matthew "Bash" Robles was nominated for the 2020 NBA 2K League Play of the Year for his game-winning basket against Grizz Gaming.

On May 22, with only 1.1 seconds left in the fourth, Kings Guard Gaming found themselves down by one point, 58-57, with possession of the ball. Veteran power forward Yusuf "Yusuf_Scarbz" Abdulla inbounded the ball to Bash, who was waiting on the three-point line. At the buzzer, Bash shot the ball, "greening it" and giving Kings Guard Gaming a 60-58 win, securing the best-of-three series with a 2-0 sweep.
