Kevin Durant fined $50,000 after Michael Rapaport exposes DMs
Kevin Durant was fined $50,000 on Friday after Michael Rapaport leaked a series of messages from an Instagram direct message conversation.
Durant addressed the media the same week the messages were leaked saying, “I’m sorry that people have seen the language that I used. That’s not what I want people to see or hear from me, but hopefully I can move past it and get back out there on the floor.”
The Brooklyn Nets star seems well over the situation and he isn’t even worried about it anymore. The only thing he is focused on is getting back on the court to help his team again. He is expected to return next week; however, the specific date has not yet been announced. Steve Nash said during the media availability on Saturday that he isn’t “certain on Monday” though.
