Each custom fitness routine delivers a full-body workout that targets and tones your legs, arms, shoulders, glutes, and abs. The easy-to-follow exercise sessions are 15 minutes or less and can be done individually or combined for a longer workout.
“Having these workouts, especially if you haven’t worked out before, in the comfort of your home — that’s doable for everyone,” Itsines says.
