  • The actress and mom of three's toned abs and legs are stealing attention from the gorgeous summer scene.

  • Kate keeps her whole bod strong with Peloton workouts, Pilates, and The Mirror.

Summer isn’t just a season—it’s a state of mind. And Kate Hudson is here for it.

The 42-year-old actress just dropped a photo on Instagram that’s giving off all kinds of hot vibes. “Feels like summer ☀️😜,” she wrote in the caption. It certainly does in the seaside snap.

In the pic, Kate can be seen strolling down the beach in a string bikini and long cover-up that's open to show off her toned abs and legs. She’s gripping a bottle of wine in each hand, and it’s everything.

“Wow🔥,” one person wrote. “How do you possibly have 3 babies?!” someone else said. And, of course, there were fire emojis for days. They match her toned legs, natch.

Those ridiculous abs Kate’s working? They’re the result of some serious fitness dedication. Kate is huge on Pilates, regularly working out with trainer Nicole Stuart, who she’s known since she was 19, Kate previously told Women’s Health. "It never gets easier. The more you do Pilates, the harder the things you can do become," she said. "I love how flexible I feel and I like what it does to the shape of my body." (FYI, here's what a celeb Pilates workout really looks like.)

More evidence Pilates works for her, JIC you needed it:

Kate also aims to get her sweat on three to four times a week, and she switches things up all the time. She’ll usually rotate through at-home workouts like The Mirror and Peloton. “I love Peloton,” she told WH. "I think they make it so easy to have 'no excuse' workouts.”

Kate, who is a brand ambassador for WW, also eats well. She previously told WH that she eats around five times a day. She kicks off each day by drinking celery juice, followed by a protein shake, oatmeal, an acai bowl, or eggs. She mostly eats plant-based meals for the rest of the day, like squash or zucchini noodles, sometimes with chicken, fish, or steak in the mix.

Pass the zoodles, please.
