Kansas City Chiefs at Tennessee Titans: Live stream, time, betting odds, how to watch

The Kansas City Chiefs travel to Nashville, Tennessee, to take on the AFC South-leading Titans on Sunday in a matchup that should provide plenty of offensive fireworks.

In one corner is Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes, the NFL's leader in passing touchdowns with 18 in just six games. In the other is Derrick Henry, the Titans' stalwart running back who has led the NFL in rushing each of the past two seasons and is on a record-breaking pace this campaign with 783 yards in six games. (Henry has 260 more yards than the next closest back.)

Defense is not likely to be at the forefront of this one. The Chiefs rank 28th in the NFL in points and yards against and, perhaps even more notable given they're facing Henry, are 27th vs. the run. The Titans aren't much better on D, sporting ranks of 24th in points and yards against. Those numbers probably won't go up facing a K.C. offense that is the NFL's second-best by yards through six weeks.

The Chiefs are back at .500 and could use a win to keep pace in the competitive AFC West. The Titans, which lost to the Chiefs in the last meeting between the teams in the AFC championship game following the 2019 season, could take a big step toward a second straight AFC South title with a victory.
