Jordan Spieth cruising once again, takes lead entering weekend at AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am

It’s really fun to watch Jordan Spieth again.

The 27-year-old Texan followed his 7-under 65 on Thursday at Pebble Beach Golf Links with a 5-under 67 on Friday at Spyglass Hill to take the early clubhouse lead at 12 under after the second round of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am on the Monterey Peninsula.

Starting his day on the back nine, Spieth made the turn at 2 under on the round following birdies on the par-5 14th and par-4 17th holes. After making his lone bogey of the day on No. 1, Spieth got hot down the stretch, making birdie on Nos. 4, 5, 7 and 8 to put himself in contention heading into the weekend.
