Wizards guard John Wall joined the ongoing protests in Washington over the weekend, according to a photo on his Instagram account.

"I'm Black and I'm Proud! We Demand Justice. Black Men Matter. Black Women Matter. Black Lives Matter ‼️" he wrote. "#WeStandTogether #BlackLivesMatter"

Wall was one of the thousands of protesters to fill the streets of D.C. to protest brutality following the death of George Floyd, a black man who was killed when a police officer kneeled on his neck in Minneapolis.
Former Mystics guard Kristi Toliver also joined in on the protests in D.C. and current Mystics guard Natasha Cloud posted from the protests in Philadelphia.
