[CROWD CHEERING]

LIZ LOZA: Joe Mixon is entering 2021 on arguably the best offense of his career. So, do I think that he can put up career numbers and finish inside the top 9 fantasy producers of the position? Probably not. But I do think he'll be an RB1, and here's why. In 2019, Joe Mixon evaded the most tackles-- was forced to evade the most tackles of any running back in the league. Enter Joe Burrow, and that number went down significantly.

You know what went up? His light front carry rate. In fact, it went up by nearly 20 percentage points. Now we throw in Ja'Marr Chase and the field is stretched even further. Which should allow Mixon to do more with his touches, to become more efficient with his touches. And he's going to see more touches too because Gio Bernard is no longer in Cincinnati. So while I don't think that Joe Mixon is going to be a top five producer, I do think he'll flirt with his career numbers from 2018.
