The Jets were without Sam Darnold for a third time this season after he reaggravated his previous shoulder injury against the Chiefs.

But with a bye week coming up, Darnold feels confident he can return in Week 11.

"It's getting better every day," Darnold said.

According to ESPN's Rich Cimini, Darnold said his shoulder "just didn't feel right" during practice last week, but he hopes to "finish the season strong."

Cimini also noted that Darnold has seen outside doctors to get as many opinions on his throwing shoulder as possible.

As for Mekhi Becton, he left Monday's game with a chest injury and had difficulty breathing, Adam Gase said. Gase added he had no additional information on Becton, other than that it was not muscle related, according to Cimini.
