  • Jennifer Lopez recently took to Instagram to post a brand new behind-the-scenes Reel.

  • In it, the 52-year-old singer is donning a shimmery crop top paired with a matching skirt with a thigh-high slit. And J.Lo's abs are looking extra sculpted.

  • Dancing and strength training keep her fit and strong.

At 52, Jennifer Lopez has never looked better. In a new behind-the-scenes Instagram Reel, J.Lo showed off her super-toned abs, arms, and legs during a commercial shoot for her shoe line at DSW. She rocked a sparkly silver two-piece crop top and midi skirt with a high slit, along with some amazing pink sparkle boots. In the Reel, she's posing on a pinball machine while Latto’s "Big Energy" plays.

"Real big boot boot energy ✨ #JLoJenniferLopez #BTS @dsw 📸: @lacarba," she captioned the Reel.

The post got her lots of "🔥🔥🔥" and "😍😍😍" comments, and we couldn't agree more.

And she puts in work to get those abs. Her trainer Dodd Romero shared the whole routine with O, the Oprah Magazine, which features a set of 50 hanging ab raises followed by 50 rope crunches and 50 incline situps with a 45-pound plate. That’s followed up by another set of 35 exercises each, and a third set of 21 reps each. And, here’s the kicker: She doesn’t take any breaks in between.

As for her legs and booty, she does lots of strength work, including leg presses. In 2019, she shared a video of herself on Instagram doing nearly 300-pound leg presses. (DANG!)

And of course, dancing is a huge part of her exercise routine.

"Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking the time to move my body and do something that's so good for me is key to my happiness,” she told Hello. “I still consider myself a dancer at heart and I love it."

Her diet also plays a major role in helping her look and feel her best. Her personal chef, Kelvin Fernandez told Us Weekly, that J.Lo’s fridge is always stocked with sparkling water, fruits, and veggies. "There’s always greens, like spinach, cucumber, and celery to make green juice," he said.
