Jayson Tatum featured in new Gatorade spot ahead of 2023 NCAA tournament

Fans of Boston Celtics star forward Jayson Tatum will notice the St. Louis native has a new ad campaign for his Gatorade sponsorship that features his love of gaming and playing basketball.

The campaign highlights Gatorlyte, a new Gatorade product that was designed for rapid rehydration. “Since being awarded Gatorade Player of the Year in high school and most recently collaborating on my own custom Gx bottle, working with Gatorade has always been a highlight of my career,” related the Duke alum in a press release circulated ahead of the ad debut. The Gx bottle features nods to his journey to the NBA, his son Deuce, the St Louis arch, and some of his tattoos.

“The way they’re always delivering new products, like Gatorlyte, shows their commitment to helping athletes like me perform at our best every day,” Tatum added.
