ERIC EDHOLM: Miami edge rusher Jaelan Phillips was an elite high school recruit who got a little derailed at UCLA, then transferred to Miami and became a breakout star by the end of 2020. On the upside, he's got tremendous traits. 6'6" 265 pounds, power, length, and burst. Down the stretch last year, he regained his confidence and was wrecking people. On the downside, he's really only done it for part of one season, and Phillips has an injury history that needs further inspection.

For an NFL comp, we've got Montez Sweat from the Washington Football Team. Both long, powerful edge rushers.
