Cardiff full-back Jacob Beetham has signed a new contract to remain at the Arms Park.
The 22-year-old, who can also fill in at centre, came through the region's academy before making his first-team debut two seasons ago.
Beetham, who has played a total of 21 games for the Blue and Black, missed last season with a knee injury, but has made seven appearances this season.
"We are pleased to keep hold of Jacob," said head coach Matt Sherratt.
"He has all the attributes to become a top quality player and these are the guys we need to build the club around and keep in Wales."
Beetham's new deal comes days after front-row trio Corey Domachowski, Liam Belcher and Keiron Assiratti signed new long-term contracts with the region.
After committing his future to the region, Beetham said: "I'm excited to be signing another contract with Cardiff. It's not only a great club but also the team I have supported since I was a kid.
"There have been some challenges in recent seasons but there is a huge amount of potential for us to do well in the next few years.
"It is the beginning of a new era as we rebuild and continue to grow and I am excited to play my part in that."
