Harvest the Sun — An Evening at Jack's Solar Garden: 5 p.m. Saturday, Jack's Solar Garden, 8102 N. 95th St., Longmont. This intimate event under the solar panels and stars is a chance to celebrate the farm's community of supporters and donors. This year, the farm-to-table event will be catered by FED Boulder. FED is committed to supporting farmers, reducing food waste and expanding access to local, nutrient-dense food within the community. All proceeds will go directly to the Colorado Agrivoltaic Learning Center to continue encouraging sustainability leadership by connecting students, community members and policymakers to clean energy, local food and responsible land use management through agrivoltaic tours and events. $100, 720-394-5438, eventbrite.com.
Louisville Vintage Baseball Game: 11 a.m. Saturday, Miners Field, 1212 S. St., Louisville. The Louisville Miners will face off against the Star Base Ball Club of Colorado Territory. The fifth annual Frederick Miners Day Pack Burro Race celebrates Miners Day with this great sport begun by some of Colorado's 19th-century miners.
