- You would be forgiven if Jack Suwinski wasn't exactly on your fantasy radar before the season. This was a player that had not made it above AA coming into the year. And he didn't receive much acclaim after being dealt to the Pirates in the deal for Adam Frazier.

If he wasn't on your radar before the season-- and again, we know he wasn't-- it's time for that to change. Suwinski hit three homers on Sunday with one of those being a walkoff shot against the Giants. And he's the first rookie to ever have a three round-tripper game with a game-winning homer.

Those stingers give him 11 in just 47 career MLB games and improves his OPS to .783 in his rookie campaign. There are flaws to the 23 year old's arsenal, mainly when it comes to making contact. He ranks in the bottom six percentile in strikeout percentage. And the long levers in his swing make it unlikely he's ever going to hit for average.

That being said, he's barreling the baseball in the 89th percentile, and he ranks above average in expected slugging percentage with a good chase rate that shows he's recognizing pitches. Suwinski may be only a one category player. But when that one category is homers, you have to pay attention.
