Ja Morant, Jaren Jackson Jr. listed as questionable for Memphis Grizzlies, Raptors game
Ja Morant and Jaren Jackson Jr. shared jokes Saturday on what could happen if both are on opposite teams for the NBA All-Star Game. But both also shared an appearance later that day on the team's injury report.
Both players are listed as questionable for Sunday's game hosting the Toronto Raptors (5 p.m., Bally Sports Southeast). Morant was listed with right wrist soreness and Jackson was upgraded with a sore right thigh that kept him out of Thursday's loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The Raptors won't have forward OG Anunoby, who's missed this current road trip with a left wrist injury.
The Grizzlies are already down two starters with Steven Adams out with a sprained knee. Dillon Brooks is also suspended after hitting guard Donovan Mitchell in the groin Thursday, which set off a skirmish involving the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Morant and Jackson appeared fine after practice Saturday, although they and their teammates just did shooting drills. Both should available against the Raptors but it only reminds how tenuous things are for the Grizzlies, who have lost seven of their last eight games.
Any additional injury news only raises more concerns about how bad things can get amidst the team's worst slump in two seasons. But there's hope things can turn around with four of the team's last five games before the All-Star break coming at home.
