This Ja’Marr Chase stat is ridiculous

Everyone already knows that LSU wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase is a big play machine.

The most complete pass-catching prospect in the 2021 NFL draft class, Chase has the combination of size, physicality and athleticism that should make him the first receiver off the board, and a potential top-10 pick.

If there’s a single stat that proves Chase’s dominance as a big-play threat in the passing game, it’s the fact that no other receiver in college football had more touchdown receptions of 20 yards or more over the past two seasons than he did.

And oh, by the way . . . Chase didn’t play a snap this past season:

Yeah, that’s just ridiculous.
