For a visiting player, there aren't many ways to arrive in Philadelphia and gain their fans' favor. Isaiah Thomas managed to find one Saturday before the Wizards faced off against the Sixers on a back-to-back.
The two-time All-Star was pictured wearing a throwback Allen Iverson jersey walking into the arena.

Iverson was one of the greatest small-guards ever and perhaps one of the most electrifying scorers in the history of the game.
Thomas and Iverson have mutual admiration of each other. During the 2016 All-Star break, Iverson told Thomas, 'You have no idea how much I love your game."
Iverson's complement nearly made Thomas cry at the time.
Much has changed for Thomas since then. He's been traded twice, been on four different teams and is now trying to rediscover his groove with the Wizards. It's been an up-and-down season for him, but that's to be expected after missing basically a full year of on-court action.
Maybe Thomas can go off playing in the house that Iverson built.
