The play was initially under review, but a replay confirmed the disqualification and Slade-Matautia is out for the game.

This is huge loss to the Ducks defense as Slade-Matautia is Oregon’s leading tackler with 33 tackles, including 18 solo. He also has one sack, three pass breakups and is second on the team in PBUs.

Moments later, Purdy rushed into the end zone for a 1-yard touchdown to cap a 6-play, 75-yard drive, giving Iowa State the 21-14 edge with 1:44 left in the first half.
