BBC Sport NI is to livestream the Irish Cup quarter-final tie between Portadown and Cliftonville at Shamrock Park on BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website.

The last-eight tie will be played on Friday 1 March at 19:45 GMT.

Portadown are unbeaten in cup competitions this season, having won the Mid Ulster Cup and reached the final of the BetMcLean Cup on 10 March.

Cliftonville sit third in the Irish Premiership and are aiming for a first Irish Cup success since 1979.

Portadown last lifted the most coveted piece of knockout silverware in the Northern Ireland domestic game in 2005.

Niall Currie's side are currently fourth in the NIFL Championship and have defeated Carrick Rangers and Bangor in advancing to the last eight of this year's Irish Cup.

The Ports edged past Carrick 5-4 on penalties after the game at Taylors Avenue ended one apiece after extra-time and then saw off their Championship rivals 2-1 on Saturday.

Cliftonville beat Coleraine 3-0 after extra-time in round five, and then defeated another Premiership team, Loughgall, 4-0 in the sixth round on Saturday.

This season's Irish Cup quarter-finals see the top four sides in the Premiership table face opposition from the second-tier Championship.

In the other three ties, scheduled to be played on Saturday 2 March, Larne will face Newington, Institute are at home to Linfield and Glentoran host Ballyclare Comrades.
