The score was closer than fans would've liked but TCU squeaked out a 34-27 win over the West Virginia on Saturday. Here are the plays that helped the Frog survive the Mountaineers.

Special teams make special plays

Trailing 3-0 late in the first quarter, TCU punted the ball back to WVU. On the return, Ennis Gains was blocked into the Mountaineers return man Jovanni Stewart, causing a fumble. TCU's Vernon Scott recovered the loose ball, giving the Frogs the football inside the 35-yard line.

Wild Frog formation for the score.

Just seven plays after the fumbled punt, Sewo Olonilua punched it in the end zone giving TCU a 7-3 lead.
