Hogan sends message about Maryland's health, economic recovery

From thanking front-line workers to visiting the state's manufacturers, Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan sent a message Tuesday when it comes to the economy and the coronavirus pandemic. The governor had a full day of public events with six stops across Baltimore City and Baltimore County. The day started with the governor thanking front-line workers at Mercy Medical Center, which built an acute care floor for COVID-19 patients.
