History is made on 'The Voice' Season 14 finale

Season 14 of The Voice came down between two teenagers, Brynn Cartelli and Britton Buchanan. And since this show isn't called The Voices, only one could be the winner.

After fellow finalists Kyla Jade and Spensha Baker finished 3rd and 4th, respectively, Carson Daly announced 15-year-old Brynn Cartelli was the winner. Not only did Brynn make Voice history as the youngest contestant ever to win, so did her coach Kelly Clarkson, who became the only replacement coach to win in their first season. And Brynn had some words of gratitude for her rookie coach.  "Thank you, Kelly, so much. You've been an inspiration to me since I was so young. The fact that I've been able meet you and work with you and share ideas with you has been such a blessing. I love you so much."

The rest of the finale was jam-packed with musical performances including Jason Aldean, Florence and The Machine, Ryan Adams, alongside runner-up Britton Buchanan, and Voice coach Jennifer Hudson, who was joined by her former backup singer, and 2nd runner-up Kyla Jade. But the night belonged to Brynn, who not only won, but also got to perform a duet with Julia Michaels.

The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on NBC. Watch clips and full episodes of The Voice for free on Yahoo View.
