Western Kentucky picked up their fourth commitment in the 2018 class when Alpharetta (Ga.) wide receiver Spencer Gaddis announced his commitment on Twitter on Monday.

The 3-star prospect visited Bowling Green over the weekend, where he earned an offer from the coaching staff.

Gaddis went into details about his decision with InsideHilltopperSports.com.

- On what stood out the most on his recent visit:

"As soon as I got to campus the coaches made me feel at home. A feeling you don't get when you visit other places. All the coaches, especially Coach (Mike) Sanford and Coach (Junior) Adams made me feel like part of the family."

- On overall feel of campus and the Hilltoppers' offensive scheme:

"Their facilities were very nice as well as the campus and I had a real fun time playing dodge ball with the coaches. I sat down and talked with Coach Adams for a while and we looked over some film and I found out that a lot of their schemes were the same as my high school and I could fit in easily."

- On the WKU coaches developing him further in college:

"Coach Adams always let me know that he was the best wide receivers coach I had to choose from and he trains NFL receivers and WKU just sent Taywan Taylor to the league. I want a coach that I know can develop me like that. I also felt like me and the head coach would be a good fit."

Gaddis chose WKU over the likes of Florida Atlantic, Arkansas State, Tulane, Utah, and others.

He joins a Hilltopper recruiting class that already includes Notre Dame (Tenn.) offensive lineman Sam Stovall, Stranahan (Fla.) athlete Maurquel Dillard, and Tucker (Ga.) linebacker Tre Leslie.
