TikTok’s Favorite Lipstick Is Surprisingly In Stock At This One Store Right Now
One of TikTok's favorite beauty finds is Clinique's Almost Lipstick in the shade Black Honey — I mean, the #cliniqueblackhoney tag has earned more than 34 million views on the platform. Tons of creators ran to their nearest beauty retailer and snagged the product, which is a universally flattering shade that keeps lips plump and moisturized. Black Honey went viral on TikTok in summer 2021 (rightfully so!), which resulted in the fan-favorite being sold out at different retailers for months on end. Creators with different skin tones raved about it and introduced a whole new audience to Black Honey. And, although it's gaining traction among Gen Z, the specific shade and product have been a holy grail beauty staple since it was first released by Clinique in 1971. According to a viral TikTok, it was even used on Molly Ringwald in the classic '80s film, The Breakfast Club. Over the years, beauty brands have even dropped similar shades to Black Honey in homage to the iconic lipstick.
