As the counties surrounding Indianapolis prepare for snowfall overnight, some suburban schools have shifted to online learning while others were opting to wait to make a decision.
Most of the snowfall is expected to happen early Wednesday morning and could last into Thursday, according to the National Weather Service in Indianapolis.
Snow showers aren’t expected to begin until after 1 a.m. Wednesday with the heaviest period expected by early afternoon.
