Heidi Klum, 48, And Her Toned Abs Rocked A Bikini Jet Skiing In New Instagram Photos

Heidi Klum is still on what appears to be the most epic vacation ever and, from the look of things, she’s been basically living in bikinis.

Heidi, 48, dropped a series of pics on Instagram that show her clearly stoked to be going jet skiing. “Yipppiiiioo let’s GO 😎,” she wrote in the caption. In the photos, Heidi can be seen straddling a jet ski while working a cool zebra and floral-print bikini (yep, she found her top this time) and a gold body chain that perfectly highlights her sculpted abs. Not surprisingly, her arms and legs look super toned, too.

FWIW: Heidi is on vacation in Capri with her husband, Tom Kaulitz, to celebrate their third wedding anniversary. And, they sure are celebrating.

Heidi manages to look like that at 48 by keeping her health and fitness routine consistent. It's something she fine tuned in her 40s. Namely, she’s big into running—just not inside. "I have a treadmill that’s really great, but it sits there unused. I don’t have time for it," she previously told Women's Health.

Heidi told Glamour in 2014 that her “favorite” run is in NYC along the Westside Highway, which is next to the Hudson River. "It's a beautiful path, and you always feel surrounded by such an amazing community,” she said. "You see the same people running every morning, and they inspire me to keep going. That and knowing there is a Starbucks coffee at the end of the route!"

But Heidi just leads a generally active lifestyle. She’ll try out things like jet skiing and likes to romp around with her kids on the trampoline or bikes, she told WH.

She also eats really well. Heidi’s nutritionist Oz Garcia told Women’s Health UK that the supermodel’s go-to diet includes things like scrambled egg whites with veggies for breakfast, turkey with basmati rise or quinoa and stir-fried vegetables for lunch, and salmon with a mixed green salad and broccoli florets for dinner. Dessert can include things like yogurt, fresh sorbet, or 70% dark chocolate.

But, while her overall eating plan is healthy, Heidi will go for it when she has a certain craving. "If I want a cheeseburger, I am not only going to eat that cheeseburger, but I'm going to enjoy that cheeseburger," she told Glamour.

Heidi shared the same sentiment with Women’s Health UK. “[I was] out to dinner this weekend, and truffles are in season. I had to have the truffle pizza and the truffle pasta. It’s not like I don’t [indulge], but not all the time,” she said.
