Heather Graham, 51, just showed off her sculpted legs in a brand new Instagram photo.
In the photo, the actress rocks tall boots and short shorts while on vacation in Upstate New York.
She stays in shape by practicing yoga and avoiding sugar and white flour in her diet.
Heather Graham, 51, is living her best life in the woods of Upstate New York and sharing all about her adventures on her Instagram. The actress has been hiking mountain trails in big hats and sunglasses—all while looking ah-mazing!
In her latest photo from Upstate, the actress stands in the middle of a stream wearing tall rain boots and short denim shorts. She's looking more fit and toned than ever, especially her super sculpted legs.
"Loving upstate 🌳," Heather wrote in the caption. Her fans and followers were loving her pic, too. The comments were full of compliments, naturally: "You are amazing🔥🔥🔥🔥," one fan wrote. "Amazon woman!" another commented, and Heather's Wonder Woman power stance in a river definitely gives off those vibes.
So, how does Heather have strong legs like that at 51? The actress has dropped a couple of hints about her fave workouts before.
For starters, yoga is her absolute go-to. Heather told Women's Health UK back in 2013 that she does yoga three times a week, on top of practicing transcendental meditation daily. "For fun, I would go on a yoga retreat and do four hours of yoga a day," she told Refinery29. That's some serious dedication. She's also a fan of Pilates and dancing to round out her workouts.
Another major part of Heather's wellness routine is getting plenty of sleep. In 2016, she told The Guardian that people are usually "horrified" when she tells them that she sleeps between nine and 12 hours a night.
Heather also has a few rules guiding her healthy diet. She avoids refined sugar and white flour. "As a broad rule, I try to just eat no sugar basically, and I have to say I feel a lot better," she told Refinery29. "And I will sometimes eat things with white flour, but I try to avoid white flour."
Heather posts all about her active lifestyle on her Instagram, and she seems to enjoy getting lots of fresh air. Fresh air and yoga certainly looks like a strong combo.
