Calgary Flames head coach Glen Gulutzan is all of us the Monday after daylight saving time steals an hour.

After the club laid an egg in a 5-2 loss to the New York Islanders on Sunday, Gultuzan tried to light a fire under his sliding group by halting practice mid-drill, and delivering a fabulous, f-bomb-laced rant.

This is the second time in 2018 that we’ve been so blessed to have quality footage of Gulutzan losing his mind during practice.

Early in January, after the Flames won a couple games in a row but looked downright sluggish during pracky, Gulutzan launched his stick about 20,000 metres into the air and had to retrieve his twig from the Scotiabank Saddledome rafters later on that day.

The Flames got the message, apparently — winning five straight after the epic stick-toss and grabbed at least a point in nine straight contests from January 6-25.

Calgary could really use some of that fear-tactic magic now as the club has lost 8 of its last 12 overall and sit two points back of a playoff spot at the 70-game mark.
